Brody Kleitsch, Fairbank, IA.
2024 Scholarship Recipient Brody plans to major in Agricultural Studies at Iowa State University this fall, after earning a degree, his goal is to start a career within an agricultural business in northeast Iowa, while remaining an active part of his family’s farm. This will be the 1st year of his 4-year eligibility for this scholarship.

MacKale McGuire, Cadillac Mi.
2022 Scholarship Recipient When MacKale was 11 years old, when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his left tibia. This diagnosis resulted in the amputation of his left leg above the knee. this didn't stop him from playing in sports like soccer and golf. MacKale will be a sophamore at Kalamazoo College where he will be pursuing a pre-medicine degree in pediatric oncology while participating on the college’s golf team. MacKale has been awarded $1,000 in Scholarships from MWAGA. $500 each of the last 2 years.

Sarah Larson, Cato WI.
2021 Scholarship Recipient Sarah has been working steadily towards her human resources bachelor’s degree. As a full time, professional and mom and wife, her time has been limited in the amount of class that she has been able to take in the last year. Sarah is actively involved with multiple adaptive golf committees, groups and board of directors. Not only is she actively involved with organizations, but she also puts on a fundraiser to help other adaptive golfers in need. This year, Sarah graduates with two degrees, her technical diploma in human resources and a certificate in human resource administration. Sarah only has two more classes to complete her associates degree, and then will be plugging away at her bachelors after the summer. Sarah is a part of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and takes pride in accomplishing her goals. She did take off the summer and fall of 2022 to have a better work, life and golf balance.
